You’ll work closely with other service desk engineers, triage teams, and senior engineers to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal system performance.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide remote and onsite support to Canary IT clientsAnswer Phones and Response to inbound Email RequestsTroubleshoot and resolve first line user based technical issuesMaintain documentation and knowledge base articlesWhat You Bring1+ years in IT support, and ideally some exposure to in Microsoft 365Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Applications, networking fundamentals, and Intenret Service support.Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsA customer-first mindset and team-oriented attitudeCareer DevelopmentThis role is a launchpad to service desk and project roles in the future.
