Operating at the intersection of network technology and software development, they help organizations connect their infrastructure worldwide through a highly automated platform.In this role, you will be responsible for managing the service delivery after a customer has been onboarded. You act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service performance and ensure that all agreed service levels are met. You coordinate monthly reporting, lead service review meetings, and monitor SLA’s and KPI’s to guarantee service quality.You will join a small but growing international team where you will have the opportunity to further professionalize and build the service management processes. When service performance requires improvement, you take the lead in creating and coordinating service improvement plans internally to ensure customer satisfaction.Your profile:Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a comparable role within a telecom, ISP, or managed network services environmentFluent in Dutch and English, both written and spokenStrong understanding of service management terminology such as SLA’s, KPI’s and availabilityExperience with service reporting and leading service review meetingsITIL certification is a strong plusExcellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at multiple levels, both internally and externallyBenefits:Salary between €5,000 and €6,000 gross per month, depending on experience25 holidays and holiday allowancePension schemeInterest? respond on this vacancy or mail me at Dion@doghouse-recruitment.nl
