Provides timely feedback to senior management on Departments performance and operational needsServes as a primary example of dedication to Customer SatisfactionResponsible for the performance and development of Office Personnel, Front liners and Workshop Team MembersStrategizes and implements additional and/or ancillary revenue streams for the DepartmentJob RequirementMust have at least three (3) years of related work experience as a Supervisor or Manager in an Automotive DealershipMust have a good reputation in the Automotive industry (High level of Integrity and Professionalism)Must be knowledgeable in Technical aspects of automotive repair, diagnosis and servicesMust be capable of making sound decisions on a daily basisMust be able to ensure a successful implementation of ideas and goals
