We reward and recognize our employees based on our values of Aspire to Greatness, Respect All, Own It, Working Together, Persist with Passion.Who We’re Looking ForAs a key member of the Supply Chain team, the Service Supervisor will plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the technical customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.About The RoleDirect the daily operations of the technical customer service team.Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity, and profitability.Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies.Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department.Required to travel to customer locations, as needed, to support technical issues and/or installations.Minimum QualificationsAssociate degree or higher (Computer Science or Service Repair highly desired) and 3-5 years of leadership experience.
