Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Service Technician located in Cambridge, ON. In this role, you will conduct maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC and refrigeration systems, as well as other equipment including air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, and ventilation systems. You will deliver field service to both residential and commercial clients, ensuring timely and efficient support while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Additional responsibilities include diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Qualifications Proven competence in Maintenance & Repair, including experience working with HVAC and refrigeration systems.Strong Troubleshooting and Diagnostic skills to identify and resolve equipment issues effectively.Experience in Field Service operations, with the ability to work on-site and adapt to diverse work environments.Excellent Customer Service abilities to ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong professional relationships.Additional qualifications such as relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC certification), technical training, or previous experience in the industry are highly beneficial.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow safety protocols.
