ServiceNow Project Manager Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaArabic-speaking onlyThe RoleWe are looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation projects across major enterprise accounts. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensure high-quality delivery, and act as the primary point of contact for customers. This role requires strong leadership, customer-facing excellence, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver full ServiceNow implementation projectsAct as the single point of contact for all customer communicationProduce regular project status updates for all stakeholdersPlan kick-off sessions, run project governance, and host regular customer meetingsCoach internal teams and transfer knowledge to clientsIdentify improvement opportunities, up-sell potential, and value-add enhancementsManage internal and external delivery teams, ensuring performance and accountabilityMonitor timelines, budgets, risks, and overall delivery qualityEnsure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation cycleSupport pre-sales discussions where requiredWhat We’re Looking For5+ years’ experience delivering enterprise software projectsStrong project leadership background with multiple concurrent projectsExperience with ServiceNow implementations (highly preferred)Fluent Arabic speakerBackground in technology, architecture, or consulting is a plusCertifications such as ITIL, PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, or ServiceNow credentials are beneficialExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skillsExperience working with global teams and multinational rollout environments
