We are committed to excellence, collaboration, and consistently exceeding performance expectations across a wide range of industries.About the Job:Role OverviewWe’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow SAM Consultant to strengthen our Software Asset Management practice, improve platform data quality, and support upcoming enhancements in a complex ServiceNow environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure ServiceNow SAM (software models, entitlements, subscriptions, reconciliation rules).Maintain SAM workflows, dashboards, and license reports.Clean up and standardise existing customisations.Ensure accurate CI and software data from discovery toolsAlign CMDB structure and data with SAM requirements.Resolve data and reconciliation issues (duplicates, mapping errors, missing info).Analyse software usage vs entitlements and identify compliance risks.Propose and drive cost-saving measures (license reclamation, removal of unused software, optimisation of license types).Support audit readiness and regular reporting to stakeholders.Work on high-maturity CMDB / configuration data improvements and advanced dataReview vendor’s deliverables for technical and functional quality.Highlight issues, risks, gaps, and over-customisation.Provide clear recommendations to improve vendor output and platform quality.Collaborate with ITSM, Procurement, Finance, Security and other stakeholders.Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to process alignment.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management / IT Asset Management (SAM/ITAM).5+ years hands-on with ServiceNow, ideally including SAM o or ITAM modules.Practical experience with:ServiceNow administration (tables, forms, update sets, ACL basics)CMDB concepts and CI relationshipsDiscovery/inventory data feeding into CMDB/SAMGood understanding of software licensing models (perpetual, subscription, user/device-based, SaaS) and key vendors (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Adobe).Experience working in multi-vendor environments; comfortable reviewing and challenging external providers.Strong analytical and communication skills; able to explain SAM findings to non-technical stakeholders (finance, procurement).English fluency (spoken and written).Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Information Systems/ Business / Finance / Economics with strong ITAM/SAM experienceNice-to-have certifications:ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITAM/SAM)IAITAM certifications (CSAM/CHAMP/CITAM)What We Offer?A modern, dynamic, and future-oriented companyRemote work, or Hybrid based on candidates’ preferencesA competitive salary package with additional social benefitsBe part of an international, multicultural team of 7,600 talented professionals across 60 countries and 5 continents.
