Upon completion of rotations and assessments, trainees will enter a talent development pipeline with priority access to resources and fast-track promotion opportunities in front-line departments or functional areas such as business operations, marketing, clinical quality, centralized procurement, and general administration. The program aims to cultivate future core talents in the healthcare field. Management Trainees will gain:Dedicated mentorship from UFH headquarters and hospital senior executives with an average of over 10 years of experience in China’s private healthcare sector.Career guidance from experienced HR directors/managers.Exchange sessions focusing on UFH culture, leadership, diversity, interpersonal skills, and business operation strategies, along with support for professional and personal growth.In-depth involvement of senior management from New Frontier Health, providing guidance and support for trainee development. 任职要求: 1. 本科或硕士2024-2026年毕业生 对医疗服务行业有热情、高能量、内心强大、爱创新、有担当、实干主义 3. 具备优秀的中英文沟通能力、学习能力强、抗压性高Bachelor’s or Master’s degree obtained in 2024 or 2026.Strong passion for the healthcare industry; must be energetic, resilient, innovative, responsible, and results-driven.Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, fast learning agility, and strong ability to perform under pressure.
