Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionThe SharePoint Administrator will play a critical role in managing Costa Farms' SharePoint Online Environment, with a strong emphasis on permissions governance, data migration from legacy systems, automation using Power Automate, and data protection. This role supports the broader IT Operations strategy by enabling secure, efficient and scalable collaboration across the organization.SharePoint & Collaboration ManagementAdminister and optimize SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and workflows.Manage user access and permissions, enforcing secure collaboration and content lifecycle policies.Lead the migration of unstructured data from on-premises file shares to SharePoint Online.Partner with business units to understand content needs and deliver eUective SharePoint-based solutions.Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users.Workflow AutomationDesign and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline document management, notifications, approvals, and other business processes.Data Loss Prevention & ComplianceAdminister enterprise DLP systems, configure policies, and monitor for unauthorized access or data leakage across SharePoint sites.Enforce access controls, audit trails, and governance policies to ensure secure collaboration.Support AI integrations (e.g., Copilot) within SharePoint while ensuring compliance with internal and external data protection standards.Oversee shared storage environments (e.g., OneDrive, network folders) to prevent oversharing of sensitive data.Ensure SharePoint configurations align with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and internal governance standards.System Monitoring & DocumentationMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.Maintain technical documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.RequirementsRequired Skills & ExperienceAdvanced English.Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science or related field.3+ years of experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration.Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions models, and content types.Hands-on experience with Power Automate for business process automation.Familiarity with data migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, PowerShell, Microsoft Migration Manager).Experience with DLP policy configuration and monitoring in Microsoft 365.Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.Applicant must live in the Greater Santo Domingo area
