We’re seeking a full-time Senior Social Content Specialist (official title: Senior Social Media Specialist I) for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. Responsibilities include identifying social and cultural trends and translating them into relevant social content, brainstorming, planning, producing, editing, and writing copy for social content, shooting social content, video editing, and graphic design aligned with social media strategy. Manage the social creative library and collaborate with internal content and project management teams.
Support US and Global Marketing influencer teams, partner with creative teams to evolve visual expression, define and execute brand social content strategies and audience growth tactics, develop frameworks for social content optimization, collaborate on brand social campaign plans, and work with social, creative, content, and influencer teams to develop best-in-class social content. Comfortable capturing content at events with influencers. Strong copywriting skills and content creation ability required. Previous leadership experience is a plus. Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to scale social learnings and bring new creative social marketing ideas to drive innovation across the SHEIN Brand.
Requirements include 4+ years in social media marketing and creative development, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Capcut, graphic design and animation skills, experience using data and metrics, ability to lead and manage a team, strong copywriting skills, experience presenting metrics to senior leadership, passion for fashion, experience with social marketing operations tools, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality social media campaigns in dynamic environments.
