The Shift Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the coffee house, ensuring a seamless workflow and excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring team members, maintaining service quality, managing inventory, upholding store cleanliness, and providing support during peak hours. The role requires collaboration with management to meet business goals and create a positive and efficient work environment. Qualifications Strong team leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate team membersCustomer service and communication skills to provide an exceptional guest experienceTime management and organizational skills to oversee daily store operations efficientlyProblem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle operational challenges as they arisePrevious experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food or beverage industry is preferred but not requiredFlexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needsFamiliarity with inventory management and cash handling is a plus
