Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Booking Agent based in Baghdad. The Booking Agent will manage travel bookings, including airline tickets, hotel reservations, and tour packages. The role involves providing excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, handling booking systems, and facilitating seamless travel arrangements. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with service providers, upselling travel packages, and ensuring customer satisfaction with a professional and enthusiastic approach. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and provide a high level of support.Proficiency in Booking Systems and knowledge of travel platforms to manage reservations and travel logistics efficiently.Sales and Negotiation abilities to upsell packages, provide competitive pricing, and ensure client satisfaction.Attention to detail, multitasking capabilities, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.
