Shipping and logistics Officer - Manufacturing

Responsibilities:Handle processing of shipping documents and closely monitor shipment movement and Proof of Delivery (POD) status.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on all inbound and outbound shipments.Manage and coordinate damaged shipment claims.Collaborate with Finance on supplier invoice matters.Coordinate with Facility Manager and Warehouse on detrash and recycling activities.Ensure smooth implementation of new processes or portals related to shipments.Comply with cross-border shipping regulations, customs requirements, and international trade compliance standards.Prepare and update weekly/monthly reports in a timely manner.Requirement:Diploma and aboveWith minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing industryStrong knowledge in handling shipment, shipping documentationsKnowledge in SAP systemImmediate starter will be a plus pointWorking hours from Wednesday to Sunday Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click on the APPLY button below and send in your resume to gs1@talenttradersg.comEA License No: 13C6305Reg.
