In this role you will focus on day-to-day invoicing and operations support duties regarding the Shipping function here at Neste. You will work closely with the Neste Shipping operational teams, as well as the finance teams.You will be part of a professional and dynamic team that values independence and continuous learning. More about the job Your role in our team Day-to-day global invoicing and payments operations in compliance with Neste principles and processes External revenue collection activities Shipping operations support duties in ERP systems Month end closing activities Actively coordinate & communicate invoicing related matters with customers, service providers and internal counterparties Keys to success in this role Fluent basic ICT skills and experience in ERP systems and Google tools (GSheet etc.) Understanding of invoicing and operations workflows and ability to execute invoicing operations efficiently Understanding of accounting basics Relevant industry knowledge (oil, renewable or shipping industry) is a plus Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills A responsible, proactive attitude and safety-oriented mindset Performance driven and accurate way of working Strong analytical problem solving skills Fluency in both written and spoken Finnish and English Let’s get you started We look forward to receiving your CV and application by November 16, 2025.
