Job DescriptionDesigning and maintaining the Central Procurement Policy;Addressing feedback and clarifications on the Central Procurement Policy;Working with leaders to onboard their business units and departments to the Central Procurement Policy, and to subsequently ensure currency and compliance to the Central Procurement Policy across the entire group;Performing the role of central gatekeeper in the evaluation and approval of procurement activity on a risk-managed basis;Coordinating group-wide demand aggregation and strategic procurement activities;Providing advice and organising deep-dives with business units and departments on their own additional procurement guidelines and practices;Conducting investigation and audit into procurement activities, as well as enforcing penalties for non-compliance with the Central Procurement Policy; andDriving the efficient adoption of technology across the entire procurement process.
