Job Description

Job DescriptionAs a Product Management Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the development and enhancement of Shopee’s products, focusing on user experience, payments, and overall platform improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, analyze market trends, and ensure seamless product execution. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product development within a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Note: This is a general job post to apply for fresh graduate role openings in Shopee MY's Product Management team.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in gathering and defining product requirements based on customer needs, business objectives, and market research. Support the ideation and development of new product features that enhance user experience and drive platform growth. Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product designers, engineers, and QA teams to ensure smooth product development and timely delivery. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate new features and ensure product quality before launch.

Assist in monitoring product performance, analyzing key metrics, and identifying areas for improvement. Support cross-functional teams in troubleshooting and resolving customer-related product issues. Contribute to product documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, with availability to start work full-time in 2025. 0-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or project management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into product improvements.

Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and customer experience optimization is a plus. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passion for e-commerce and digital products, with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving mindset. Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to new challenges.
