You will assist in coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Job DescriptionCollaborate with the recruitment team on recruitment related operational matters including job posting, background checks, interview coordination, etc. Conduct thorough background checks on selected candidates, including reference checks, employment verifications, and other necessary screenings.
Assist in the completion and submission of recruitment-related forms, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents. Creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring job descriptions are accurate and compliant to company’s guideline. Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork, adhering to internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Maintain proper documentation and records of all recruitment forms and related paperwork. Update and maintain recruitment trackers and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on candidate status, interview outcomes, and other relevant data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and integration of recruitment processes.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree from a recognized universityStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Proficiency in using productivity tools and software, including Microsoft Office suite and applicant tracking systems.
