Manage assigned seller accounts, including deal negotiations, operational improvements, and campaign planning to drive growth. Educate sellers on best practices to improve performance on the Shopee platform. Negotiate deals and curate product selections for campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities. Monitor and analyze seller performance, sales data, and category trends to boost transactions and revenue. Identify market gaps and manage pricing, product mix, and stock availability for the category. Secure exclusive partnerships for major campaigns (e. g. , 9. 9, 11. 11). Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and merchandising to enhance seller visibility and reputation.
Address and resolve seller inquiries, issues, and escalations from internal and external stakeholders. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any field; experience in the e-commerce industry is a plusStrong interest in electronics; willing to commit and eager to make an impact in the businessProficient in Google Sheets and comfortable working with dataStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutionsA team player with a sales mindset and a strong focus on meeting targetsExcellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages such as Bahasa Melayu or Mandarin is an advantage for working with diverse stakeholders
