Job DescriptionDriving high-impact projects, taking ownership of project resources, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring the successful execution of initiatives and their alignment with broader business goals. End-to-end Project Management Office (PMO) activities for the rollout of strategic business initiatives. Leveraging data and analytics to identify potential business opportunities, inform decision-making, and improve outcomes for overall business growth. Problem-solving through comprehensive investigation, analysis, and solution design, while continually monitoring and reporting on key issues affecting business growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to lead and execute projects that support business objectives.

Engaging with senior leadership and key decision-makers to drive forward key growth initiatives for the business. RequirementsA Bachelor's degree is requiredBackground in e-commerce or fast-paced tech start-ups is advantageousExperience in consulting, private equity, or investment are welcomeStrong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and execute projectsStrong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is requiredProficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques is advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
