Job Description

Key Responsibilities Sales Business Development Achieve monthly and annual sales targets of the showroom. Develop strategies to increase footfall and conversion rates. Monitor sales performance of team members and provide guidance to improve productivity. Implement promotional activities, schemes, and seasonal campaigns. Customer Service Relationship Management Ensure exceptional customer service standards at all times. Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Build and maintain long-term relationships with premium and loyal customers. Supervise personalized service for wedding, bulk, and repeat customers.Showroom Operations Oversee day-to-day operations of the showroom including sales, billing, stock, and staff management. Ensure proper visual merchandising and product display as per brand standards. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of showroom premises. Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and other departments for smooth functioning. Team Management Recruit, train, and motivate showroom staff (sales executives, floor managers, cashiers, tele-callers, etc.). Allocate responsibilities and ensure discipline among staff. Conduct daily briefings and regular performance reviews. Foster a positive and customer-focused work environment. Inventory Stock Control Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchase warehouse for replenishment. Ensure proper stock accounting, tagging, and record-keeping. Minimize stock discrepancies through regular audits. Keep track of fast-moving, slow-moving, and trending jewellery items. Reporting Compliance Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports. Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory compliances, and audit requirements.
