POSITION: Senior Marketing Manager – RTD Portfolio (Alcoholic Beverages)www. siamwinery. com (Laksi Office)We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional to lead our fast expanding Ready-to-Drink (RTD) brands portfolio. This is a critical leadership role where you'll shape strategy, drive innovation, and deliver outstanding results in a highly competitive category. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building consumer brands through digital, retail, and experiential marketing, and is both strategically sharp and creatively driven. You should be comfortable working cross-functionally, leading agency partners, and using data sources to generate market insights and inform decision-making.
A strong innovation mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to turn insights into action are essential. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for our core Ready-to-Drink (RTD) brands across digital channels, retail environments, and experiential marketing initiatives. Lead the development and execution of Marketing programs in partnership with creative agencies, media outlets, and event organizers to produce impactful brand work across all consumer touchpoints. Collaborate closely across functions to ensure commercial success - including Trade Marketing, Sales, Production, Planning —to ensure brand goals are aligned and effectively executed across all departments.
Analyze market performance using data sources like Nielsen, sell-in, and sell-out reports to uncover insights, develop recommendations, and deliver clear, data-driven reports to optimize brand performance and inform internal stakeholders. Serve as a key driver of innovation by partnering with Consumer Insights and R&D to identify emerging trends, uncover consumer needs, and co-create new product concepts that align with market opportunities. QualificationsMinimum 5+ years brand marketing experience in FMCG roleStrong experience in digital marketing, innovation, and portfolio management. Deep data-fluency with ability to interpret market performance metrics into actionable insightsExcellent spoken and written English skills
