Position Summary: The Project Management Officer (PMO Officer) supports the effective delivery of projects across the organization by maintaining PMO standards, ensuring best practices, and tracking performance. This role assists project managers with coordination, reporting, risk tracking, and documentation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project governance standards. Key Responsibilities: Support project planning, scheduling and execution activities. Maintain and update project documentation including project plans, risk logs, and status reports. Track key project performance metrics and report deviations to PMO leadership. Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
Ensure compliance with project governance processes and standards. Assist in resource allocation, workload tracking, and project forecasting. Support the implementation of project management tools and templates. Provide administrative and logistical support to project teams. Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and help escalate when needed. Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and policies. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: A recent graduate with 1+ years of experience in project coordination and PMO support roles . Experience with project management tools ( MS Project )Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You are fluent in Thai and English
