We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable business insights, building interactive dashboards, and developing reporting solutions to support strategic decision-making. Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Business IntelligenceCollect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, external files)Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI toolsCreate compelling data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholdersPerform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutionsEnsure data accuracy and consistency through validation processesBuild and maintain data models to support reporting and business intelligence needsProvide analytical insights to support both operational and strategic decision-making.
Reporting & VisualizationDesign and implement reporting frameworks to deliver timely and accurate business metricsAutomate recurring reports and develop self-service analytics solutionsCreate real-time dashboards for monitoring business performanceMaintain and enhance existing reporting infrastructureProvide training and support to end users on dashboards and reporting tools. RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting rolesProven experience delivering end-to-end data projectsStrong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Technical SkillsStrong proficiency with Power BI (required) or other BI platforms (Tableau, QlikView, Looker)Expertise in DAX and Power Query for advanced Power BI developmentProficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automationExperience with ETL tools and processesKnowledge of cloud data services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Familiarity with API integrations and data connectivityExperience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. Data Management & GovernanceStrong understanding of data quality managementFamiliarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standardsKnowledge of data security and privacy best practices
