About The RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to create, manage, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns for our crypto casino platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads (with cloaking), TikTok, and native ad networks, understands traffic monetization, and knows how to scale campaigns profitably. If you live and breathe data-driven marketing, A/B testing, and campaign scaling, and have experience in the iGaming or crypto industry, we want to hear from you.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Facebook (with cloaking), TikTok, and native ad networksDevelop and execute strategies to scale traffic profitably while staying within KPI targets (CPA, ROI, ROAS)Conduct A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion ratesManage ad budgets efficiently and allocate spend to the most profitable campaignsUtilize tracker tools for performance monitoring and optimizationCollaborate with design teams to create compelling ad creatives tailored to different networks and audiencesEnsure compliance with ad platform rules and implement cloaking solutions where necessaryAnalyze performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and identify growth opportunitiesResearch and test new traffic sources, ad formats, and tools to maintain a competitive edgeRequirements2+ years of experience in performance marketing within iGaming, crypto, or similar high-ROI industriesProven success managing campaigns on Google, Facebook, TikTok, and native ad networksHands-on experience with tracker tools (Voluum, Binom, Keitaro) and traffic analyticsAdvanced knowledge of A/B testing and funnel optimizationFamiliarity with cloaking tools and experience running US traffic campaigns (for Expert level)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsKnowledge of compliance requirements for casino/crypto advertisingFluent in English; additional languages are a plusNice-to-HaveExperience with affiliate marketing or partnership programsFamiliarity with landing page builders (e.
