The position requires operators to understand Geniee’s products (Geniee SFA/CRM) and to perform some of the following tasks:Understand normal business flow and be able to operate and work with systems/platforms.Join meetings with Japanese clients to collect their requests and support in setting up the system for them.Build and maintain close working relationships with related departments (Tech and Customer success team in JP Headquarter)Supervise the team’s workload, handle new requests, conduct research, and provide guidance to team members.Other tasks and reports assigned by managers/leaders.Job requirements:Good command of Japanese (N2 level is a must) & intermediate English communication.
