Simulations Engineer

The R&D Engineer responsible for developing and technically supporting products to satisfy internal metrics and the demanding needs of our customers.General Responsibilities Collaborates on feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs Key participant in research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application Collaborates with engineers and developers to create product designs with marketing teams to develop sales plans for future productsExperience / Qualifications A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customersMain purpose of the job:Independently performing analyses based on the request received for simulation. Provides resolutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems.Uses judgment within defined policies and practices.
