Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Baku. The Business Development Manager will be responsible will be responsible for expanding the company's business portfolio by identifying and developing new opportunities, increasing market share, and managing key stakeholder relationships. Day-to-day tasks include project management, market analysis, financial forecasting, strategic planning, and executing initiatives to achieve our business objectives. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development role, with a proven track record in areas such as portfolio expansion, increasing market share, or establishing new business units. Strong knowledge of market research, financial forecasting, project management, and contract terms. Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a strong advantage. High proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
