Site Architect

Cubic Contracting is Looking for a Site Architecture Engineer𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝: 2–5 years𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-time𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:- We are looking for a Site Architecture Engineer to join our dynamic team. - - The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising architectural works on site, ensuring design quality, compliance with specifications, and coordination with other disciplines (civil, MEP, finishing, etc.).𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:- Supervise all architectural works at the project site.- Review architectural drawings and shop drawings for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.- Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve technical issues.- Ensure all architectural finishes meet quality and safety standards.- Monitor progress and report any delays or discrepancies to the project manager.- Participate in inspections and handover procedures.- Communicate effectively with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:- Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision or architectural works.- Strong knowledge of construction details, finishing materials, and site implementation.- Proficiency in AutoCAD, and MS Office.- Excellent communication and coordination skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝:- Previous experience in large-scale residential, commercial ,and residential projects.If you're Interested kindly send your updated CV through email : raghda.morsy@cubiccontracting.com
