Job SummaryThe Level L3 Interior Architect at GG&Grace International plays a vital role in bridging design intent and technical execution. This position is responsible for producing coordinated, buildable, and high-quality technical packages while ensuring compliance with GG&Grace’s internal methodology, quality control standards, and coordination workflows.Reporting directly to the Senior Interior Architect, the L3 also supports the supervision and evaluation of junior team members, helping maintain team quality, accountability, and technical excellence across all deliverables.ResponsibilitiesTechnical Documentation & CoordinationDevelop comprehensive, coordinated technical drawings and details based on approved design intent and project requirements.Translate design and FF&E concepts into practical, buildable technical solutions that preserve design integrity and compliance.Coordinate closely with the Design, FF&E, and Project Angel teams to ensure integration and alignment across all project deliverables.Liaise with consultants, MEP engineers, and site teams to resolve technical conflicts and ensure seamless coordination.Prepare and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) to clarify design and construction details when required.Report directly to the Senior Interior Architect on project status, coordination progress, and key technical challenges.Quality Control & Methodology ComplianceApply GG&Grace’s Quality Control Protocol throughout all deliverables to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance prior to submission.Review and revise junior team members’ drawings for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with office standards.Ensure all drawing revisions are clouded, logged, and tracked according to revision control procedures.Participate in internal redline sessions and contribute to the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) compliance checks before submission.Align all deliverables with the Workload Tracker, supporting internal tracking of progress and submission readiness.Collaboration, Mentorship & EvaluationSupport the Senior Interior Architect in team coordination, workload allocation, and technical supervision.Provide continuous mentorship to L2 and junior architects, guiding them through detailing techniques, drawing standards, and file organization.Conduct regular review and evaluation of junior team members’ work quality and professional behavior, sharing feedback with the Senior Architect to support growth and performance reviews.Act as a technical reference within the team, ensuring consistency, clarity, and adherence to GG&Grace standards.Represent the Technical Department professionally during internal meetings or client coordination when delegated.Ownership & AccountabilityTake full ownership of assigned drawing packages, ensuring they are completed on schedule, with accuracy and clarity.Maintain transparency through progress reporting and workload tracking, ensuring alignment with internal deadlines.Support site-related clarifications and as-built reviews, ensuring on-site execution aligns with GG&Grace design intent.Uphold accountability for quality, coordination, and delivery standards at all times.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field.Experience: 3–5 years of experience in architectural or interior technical documentation, ideally in hospitality or mixed-use projects.Skills:Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM coordination experience is an advantage).Strong knowledge of detailing, materials, joinery, and coordination with MEP systems.Ability to review and evaluate junior team members’ work.Experience preparing and responding to RFIs and managing technical coordination with consultants.Personal Attributes:Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.Responsible and quality-driven, with strong leadership potential.Excellent communication and mentoring skills.Committed to delivering excellence within GG&Grace’s methodology and collaborative framework.Kindly send your CV & Portfolio to: careers@ggandgrace.com
