ABOUT THE POSITION. As Site Engineer, you’ll work alongside an experienced team to deliver a major commercial project. You’ll be involved in every stage of the build - ensuring safety, quality, and coordination across all trades and services. This role provides broad project exposure and the chance to further develop your technical and leadership skills.DUTIES.Implement and manage construction plans, schedules, and budgets on-siteOversee day-to-day operations, including quality control, safety compliance, and workflowCollaborate with the Project Manager to resolve issues and ensure projects objectives are metCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendorsPrepare and maintain accurate project documentationSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferableProven record of monitoring, managing and complying with WHS and Quality Assurance processesShowcase a strong track record of stability with previous employersCULTURE.
