Currently, we employ over 300 highly-skilled staff of multiple nationalities.About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Site Engineer to join our growing team delivering plunge pool and water feature projects across the UAE.The Site Engineer will lead and coordinate the site team, including technicians and laborers, ensuring safe and efficient progress of all site activities in line with the Project Manager’s instructions and project requirements.This role involves overseeing required documentation, installation, testing & commissioning (T&C), and ensuring smooth handover to clients in coordination with our factory and project management office.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily site installation activities for plunge pools and related filtration systems.Lead site teams including technicians and laborers, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity, safety, and quality.Work closely under the direction of the Project Manager, executing site works as per schedule, scope, and instructions.Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Review and interpret technical/shop drawings, and identify any discrepancies or coordination issues.Coordinate with Projects manager, factory, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.Conduct site inspections and prepare Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) and method statements.Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and report updates or issues to the Project Manager.Manage site resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.Support in testing and commissioning of pumps, filtration, plumbing, and electrical systems.Maintain daily site reports, progress photos, and handover documentation.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).2–5 years of site experience in swimming pool construction, water features, or mechanical installation projects (UAE/GCC experience preferred).Strong understanding of pool structures, waterproofing, MEP interfaces, and filtration systems.Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, P&ID diagrams, and method statements.Experience in supervising teams of technicians and laborers effectively.Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and general project documentation tools.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Strong commitment to quality, safety, and timelines.Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.Preferred ExperienceExposure to acrylic pools, water filtration systems, or compact modular pool systems.Familiarity with UAE authority approvals and inspection procedures (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DCD).Prior experience in factory-manufactured pool assembly and installation will be an advantage.What We OfferOpportunity to work on unique and high-end plunge pool projects across the UAE.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization.Competitive salary package and allowances.
