Site Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineering Manager to lead and oversee all engineering activities for the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) phase of a large mining project. This is a critical leadership role ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and timely delivery of engineering deliverables on site.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate all site engineering functions across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.Ensure adherence to EPC project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and interface with construction, procurement, and commissioning teams.Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality.Liaise with client representatives, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.Drive safety, quality, and environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).Minimum 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role on EPC mining projects.Proven track record in managing site engineering for large-scale mineral processing or mining operations.Strong knowledge of international codes and standards for mining and heavy industrial projects.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in mining projects.Familiarity with advanced project management tools and methodologies.Ability to work in remote locations and multicultural environments.
