About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to lead and manage all civil, structural, and architectural activities for a prestigious hotel construction project. The role involves end-to-end supervision from planning and execution to quality control and safety compliance ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure work quality and safety.Review blueprints and specifications to verify compliance with project design and standards.Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and site teams to maintain smooth workflow.Monitor project progress, schedules, and material requirements.Enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations and report incidents as per company protocol.Maintain accurate site documentation, including attendance, materials, and progress reports.Evaluate team performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplineMinimum 5 years of construction experience, including at least 3 years in hotel or high-rise projects.GCC experience is a strong advantage.Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP).Strong technical skills in interpreting drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
