Tendering Engineer

Job Summary:Responsible for preparing technical and financial proposals for electrical projects, reviewingtender documents, and coordinating with technical departments and suppliers to ensure thesubmission of a comprehensive and competitive offer that meets client requirements andtechnical standards.Duties and Responsibilities:• Review and analyze tender documents and technical specifications for electricalprojects.• Prepare bills of quantities, cost estimates, and price comparisons.• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain technical and financialquotations.• Prepare final technical and financial proposals in accordance with client requirements.• Follow up on tender results and provide feedback for future improvements.• Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to support project pricing strategies.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tendering or electrical estimation.• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.• Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.• Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is required.• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
