Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wantirna, VIC for a Site Manager. The Site Manager will oversee daily operations at one of our waste recovery and recycling sites. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, coordinating waste recovery processes, maintaining operational efficiency, and liaising with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in operations management, staff management, and complianceKnowledge of waste management and recycling processesStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesProficiency in safety regulations and protocolsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamPrevious experience in recycling or environmental services is a plusRelevant qualifications or certifications in waste management or related field
