Job Title: Site Manager Location: Birmingham, UKWork Regime: Full-time & On-siteOverview / Summary: We are looking for a Site Manager to join our team.Responsibilities and Tasks: Project analysis and the development of technical solutions; Preparation of manufacturing and assembly methodologies; Planning and controlling construction costs; Managing and monitoring assembly on site; Managing subcontractors; Managing on-site work with the client; Ensuring contractual fulfilment, project planning and quality; Temporary works coordination (advantage point); Producing and briefing documentation such as method statements, risk assessments, H&S and quality plans; Conducting regular inspections (safety, quality, ITP) and follow up on corrective actions; Leading by example, promoting best practices in safety, quality and environmental performance. RequirementsMandatory Requirements: Degree or Master's in Civil Engineering; At least 3 years' professional experience in a similar role; Knowledge of MSProject, Excel and Autocad; Proficiency in English; Proficiency in Portuguese (advantage point); Leadership and time management skills; Capacity for initiative and sense of responsibility; Organizational and planning skills; Communication and interpersonal skills.
