We invest in innovation, growth, and most importantly, our people!What you will be doing and delivering As Site Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day operations at our Katunga site. Reporting to the Northern Region Operations Manager, you will drive site performance, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure production, growing, harvesting, and crop care activities meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This is a critical leadership role requiring on-call availability (24/7) to respond to operational needs.Your Key ResponsibilitiesSite Leadership: Inspire, lead and develop teams across Growing, IPM, Harvesting, Crop Care and ProductionOperational Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including planning, execution and reportingPeople Leadership: Drive a high-performance culture; support the full employee lifecycle in collaboration with HRHealth & Safety: Champion a culture of safety, wellbeing, and compliance, partnering with OHS teams and site leadersStrategy & Planning: Align site goals with regional business strategy and drive continuous improvement initiativesData-Driven Decision Making: Manage budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking to deliver business outcomesSustainability & Quality: Ensure growing strategies promote sustainability, crop quality, and optimal yieldWhat You’ll BringTertiary qualifications in Horticulture, Agriculture, Business, or a related field (desirable).Minimum 5 years’ operational leadership experience, managing a large workforce within dynamic operations.Solid understanding of Fair Work legislation, modern awards, and employment relations (highly regarded).Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, planning, and performance management.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsProven ability to lead change, build strong teams, and deliver measurable outcomes.High energy, strong judgment, and a passion for innovation and improvementWhy join Flavorite?
