They've been operating for 20 years across the 2nd and 3rd home builder space, delivering builds from $400k to $2m.Due to continued success and a stellar reputation, they're now looking to bring onboard a new Site Supervisor to manage c20 homes, across Baldivis and Mandurah.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:2 Years+ experience working as a Site Supervisor for a residential home builder, in WAStrong trade background held in high regardA positive and self-motivated approach to your workExcellent communication skillsAbility to manage multiple sites at one timeConfident to work autonomously given the area of the builds.The Role:Reporting to the Senior Management Team, you will have the responsibility to:Supervise and manage the construction of single and double storey homesAllocate materials and trades to job sitesEnsure timely construction of new homesEffectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional mannerInspect completed projects to ensure a high standard of qualityMaintain and updating company systems Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinating onsite worksIdentify and resolve problems throughout the construction processWhat's in it for you?This role would suit somebody who enjoys Site Supervision, but is looking to work in a close knit environment, with the room for progression.A salary ranging up to $125K + super + package (DOE)If this sounds like the role for you, please apply now or contact Ian Bond on 0424 150 536 for more information#SCR-ian-bond
