If so, we’d love to hear from you!We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Spares Leading Hand to join our Blacktown site. In this key role, you’ll support the Spares, Receiving & Stores Team Leader by managing day-to-day operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, and helping drive team development through training and support.Your Day-to-Day Will IncludeLeading and supporting your team to meet daily goals and KPIsProcessing internal and external orders with precision and speedCoordinating pick packing, shipping, stock movements, and inventory tasksOperating forklifts and pallet jacks to safely move stockUpholding our high standards for safety and cleanliness (WHS compliance)Engaging with stakeholders across Production, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Inventory ControlAssisting with training, administration, and cycle countsThis role is perfect for someone who enjoys responsibility, communicates well, and takes pride in making sure the warehouse runs like a well-oiled machine.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:Valid Forklift License (Essential)2+ years’ experience in Counterbalance and High ReachStrong safety mindset and understanding of health and safety requirementsTeamwork, communication skills & SupervisionAccuracy, methodical work approach, and good numeracyIT skills and ability to complete paperwork and count stock itemsUnderstanding of Chain of Responsibility and Dangerous Goods HandlingFlexibility in duties and awareness of customer deliverables and quality impact Additional InformationBenefitsFixed, hours within the span of 7am - 4:30pm.Shorter day on Fridays!Annual leave loading + Leading Hand Allowance.Opportunity to pick up overtime hours.Temperzone day – additional day of leave.We offer career development in multiple different pathways.Employee Assistance Program – free counselling and wellbeing support.Career growth and stability working for a successful privately owned company.How To ApplyFollow the steps which takes you to our external link to answer a few brief questions.Important InformationThe successful candidate must undergo a pre-employment medical examination and complete a national police check.Only applicants with the right to work in Australia will be considered.No agency applications, please.
