The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage daily on-site operations, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, coordinating with contractors and labor teams, maintaining safety protocols, and addressing any issues that arise during the project's execution. The role involves monitoring progress, preparing site reports, and ensuring adherence to design specifications and project requirements. Qualifications Experience in site supervision, project management, and overseeing construction activitiesKnowledge of safety standards, construction methodologies, and quality control practicesProficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and design specificationsStrong organizational and time-management skillsEffective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholdersDegree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldFamiliarity with modern construction technologies and toolsExperience in the commercial or industrial construction sector is an added advantage
