Role Description Monument Projects is seeking a full-time Site Supervisor to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This on-site role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to construction management.Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers • Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications • Enforce site safety regulations and compliance with WHS standards • Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders • Take a hands-on role when required to support project progressRequirements: • Proven experience in a Site Supervisor • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction • Ability to lead and manage site teams effectively • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Current White Card and relevant trade qualifications preferredJoin a growing team committed to delivering high-quality construction outcomes across Sydney.
