Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Supervise and monitor all site activities to ensure compliance with the contract scope of work, project plans, drawings, and specifications. Ensure adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) procedures as well as statutory rules and regulations. Coordinate and oversee daily tasks of workers and subcontractors, ensuring work progress meets project requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality, and safety standards. Prepare and maintain daily records, including manpower, activities carried out, and weather conditions. Monitor site progress and provide timely updates and reports to the Project Manager.
Identify, resolve, and escalate on-site issues, delays, or conflicts to minimize project disruptions. Manage and document usage of materials, tools, and labor resources efficiently. Assist in planning work schedules, procurement of materials, and allocation of resources. Prepare and submit daily and weekly site reports, highlighting progress, issues, and recommendations. RequirementsPost Graduate Certificate/Diploma or equivalent in Construction or a related technical field. 1–3 years of total work experience, preferably in site supervision or construction-related roles. Knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate workers and subcontractors.
