We are one team united by being part of something bigger – to bring the best of life to our residents.About The RoleBased at Milldale, this fast paced, challenging role will allow you to showcase your commercial construction management experience and further develop these skills on this $100m development. Reporting to the Commercial Site Manager you will be instrumental in the on-going construction of the multi-level main building featuring a swimming pool and a memory care wing.This position is fixed term for 9 months. About YouLead and coordinate site activities to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Assist in developing and implementing site-specific safety plans.Manage deliveries of materials, plant, and equipment.Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Maintain accurate site documentation and reports.Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to resolve issues and drive improvements.You'll Also BringMinimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Foreman, or similar role.Strong technical understanding of construction plans and drawings.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to manage safety hazards and site compliance.Knowledge of Microsoft Projects is a plus.Relevant qualifications preferred, but extensive experience will be considered.Why Summerset At Summerset, we believe diversity strengthens our team and enriches the care we provide.
