Job ResponsibilityAssist in supervising and coordinating daily activities of sub=contractors and vendorMonitoring work progress to ensure compliance with project plans and timelinesAssists in inspecting work to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with specificationsParticipate in resolving minor site issues under supervisionDocument and report daily site activities, including work progress, delays and incidents to the senior site supervisorAssist in tracking project milestones and timelines, providing updates to ensure project goals are met. Help coordinate the receipt and inspection of materials delivered to the site. Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory records for tools, equipment and materials.
Serve as a point of contact for sub-contractor and vendor, relaying instructions from project manager. Supports efforts to address client,sub-contractor and vendor concerns promptly. Opportunities to work on innovative projects within the design and build industry. Job RequirementsPosses a minimum Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering /Diploma/Certificate in other related disciplines. Minimum requirement 1-2 years working experience. Self-motivated, hardworking and have the ability to meet deadlines. Must posses a valid driving licenseGood communication skill and good teamwork skills.
