In this role, you will be responsible for delivering robust, scalable, and high-performance digital solutions for our clients using Sitecore, ASP.NET, C#, and MVC frameworks. You will collaborate closely with designers, architects, and other developers to implement content-driven websites and web applications aligned with business requirements and technical best practices.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement custom Sitecore-based solutions. Build and manage templates, layouts, components, and workflows within Sitecore. Integrate Sitecore with third-party APIs and services. Participate in the complete software development life cycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using C# and ASP.NET/MVC. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Sitecore issues and bugs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features and updates. Stay up to date with Sitecore product updates and emerging technologies.Requirements And Qualifications 4 years+ of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in Sitecore development. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and MVC architecture. In-depth knowledge of Sitecore XP (preferably versions 9 and above), including Sitecore architecture, pipelines, workflows, and customization. Experience with Sitecore API, Helix architecture, and custom module development. Familiarity with source control tools such as Git or TFS. Good understanding of MS SQL Server, SOLR, and deployment processes. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js) is a plus. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
