The professional in this role will be responsible for overseeing software design and development projects, managing a team of developers, and ensuring alignment with client requirements. Daily tasks will include creating and implementing software designs, overseeing programming processes, conducting code reviews, and ensuring high standards of software quality through thorough testing. Collaborating with both clients and team members will be a key aspect of the role to ensure project success and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities·        Oversee multiple software development projects from start to finish, including final sign-off.·        Provide technical assistance and guidance to development teams.·        Communicate with the CTO multiple times daily regarding application content and graphic work.·        Ensure all existing projects are cleared and new projects are initiated promptly.·        Write and implement inspection and test plans for new projects to ensure quality assurance.·        Monitor progress through task management systems and provide daily email briefs of accomplished activities.·        Coordinate internal team interactions and maintain workflow efficiency.·        Report bugs, propose solutions, and oversee fixes during testing phases.Required Skills & Experience·        Proven experience as a senior software developer and project leader.·        Strong understanding of software design principles and development lifecycle.·        Experience in software testing, bug identification, and resolution.·        Ability to write and implement inspection and test plans for QA.·        Familiarity with task management systems and reporting tools.·        Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.·        Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Communication Requirements·        Fluent English speaker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.·        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the CTO multiple times daily.·        Prepare daily email briefs summarizing progress and completed tasks.·        Collaborate with internal teams and ensure smooth information flow.Leadership & QA Responsibilities·        Lead a team of developers and ensure adherence to project timelines.·        Implement quality assurance processes and inspection plans for new projects.·        Ensure all deliverables meet functional and design specifications.·        Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.Tools & Workflow·        Task management systems for progress tracking and reporting.·        Email for daily briefs and communication with CTO.·        Version control systems (e.g., Git) for code management.·        QA tools for bug tracking and resolution.We offer a friendly work environment that promotes collaboration, creativity, and personal growth.
