Being in charge of a corporate D2C (Direct to Customer) shop for more than 3 years with a proven success record;Being in charge of the corporate store in the Russian local main marketplaces for more than 2 years with a proven success record;Excellent knowledge of price positioning instruments;Excellent knowledge of marketplaces promotion activities related and not related to the price of the product, Knowledge of how to build an excellent D2C website, programming skills are a plus.
Knowledge of B2C shop advertising practice with maximum efficiency;Know how to make promotion activities, and so on, to increase traffic;Know how the shop operates to improve the conversion rate; Experience in managing a warehouse;Experience in organising last-mile logistics, directly or through a logistics service supplier;Knowledge of after-sales service details related to the D2C business;Know how to build brand awareness in marketplaces; Good relationship with the Russian local main marketplaces. Key tasks:
Creating a D2C shop (directly or with the support of a partner);Setting up and running store promotion, SEO and other tasks together with the Head of Marketing; tracking efficiency of promotion in terms of views and sales together with the Head of Marketing and the Sales team;Warehousing and last mile set-up and running, directly or with a partner, or on a joint (own + partner) approach; coordinating with the Logistics team;Content uploading to the D2C shop together with the Head of Marketing;Setting up market pricing instruments; price alignment across own D2C, marketplaces, customersβ online shops;Grow sales without discounting the product;Create stable and growing traffic with a high conversion rate, Establish a solid base for consumer relations, manage D2C after-sales service, and solve issues with consumers together with the Consumer Excellence team.
