About The Job Product OwnerAre you passionate about data, AI technologies, and building impactful digital products? We're looking for a proactive and analytical Product Analyst / APM to join our team and help us shape the future of our AI-driven B2G solutions. You'll work closely with data teams, developers, and stakeholders to turn insights into action and ideas into features. What Youll DoCollaborate with the data analytics team to interpret and visualize key metrics (KPIs, OKRs)Support the development of AI-powered features (prompt writing, testing, validation)Actively engage in team ceremonies:

daily stand-ups, demos, retros, groomingContribute to product strategy and build product roadmapsWrite clear and structured user stories, use cases, Jobs To Be DonePrepare presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholdersParticipate in sprint planning and backlog prioritizationConduct pre-release feature testing and gather user feedbackWrite and maintain user manuals and BPMN documentationHard SkillsWhat Were Looking ForStrong understanding of SQL (queries, data structure)Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase)Knowledge of product metrics and data analysis methods (cohort analysis, A/B testing)Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum / Kanban frameworksFamiliarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, MiroAbility to decompose tasks into user stories with story pointsExperience building product roadmaps and setting prioritiesConfident in presenting ideas (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Pitch)Comfortable with data visualization (charts, graphs, diagrams)Able to balance business and technical requirementsExperience in writing checklists, test cases and working with QA on bug trackingLanguages:
