Great! Let’s MASH.About the ProjectWe’re looking for an exceptional Social Creative to work exclusively with our client. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a tech-savvy yet consumer-centric social-media-centric native who has the pulse on social culture and can turn an opportunity into a strategy and concept within hours. Not simply a “creative” in a traditional sense, but someone with a creator-mindset mixed with a strategic mind, executive presence and project management capabilities to bring stakeholders and projects together. Simply put, someone who thrives on being one step ahead of the social trends and reacting to viral moments.You’ll be a critical bridge between regional and local marketing teams and their agencies when helping to drive social-native and authentic brand content for both always-on-social accounts and social-first integrated campaigns. Your sharp, creative judgement, thought leadership and project management rigour will help elevate the regional social media centre-of-excellence quest to support modern marketers across the organisation.Creative Social Media StrategySpot and shape culturally relevant social content ideas that keep the brand one step ahead of trends.Translate product and marketing priorities into social-first strategies that resonate across APAC markets.Provide insights, toolkits, and playbooks that strengthen the brand’s creative impact and support modern marketers.Conceptualisation & Thought-LeadershipAct as a creative social powerhouse, generating disruptive and unconventional concepts that move culture and connect with audiences.Partner with strategy, analytics, and media teams (internal and external) to refine concepts into data-driven, business-aligned campaigns.Lead thought leadership initiatives, offering training and guidance that elevate local teams’ creative confidence and output.Project Management & ProductionDrive ideas from concept to execution, managing end-to-end production including editing, design, and launch.Balance social media agility with the operational discipline required in a corporate environment, ensuring brand alignment and approvals.Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (product, marketing, analytics, legal) to deliver timely, high-quality content.Experience8+ years of experience in social media as a designer, a creative producer, project management or related coverage with a significant follower base and engagement on relevant platforms.Social media portfolio filled with examples that showcase end-to-end work that has been created for global brands in multiple formats and platforms.Demonstrated experience operating in the APAC regional environment, in a fast-paced matrix organisation where priorities change weekly.Excellent creative judgement and taste coupled with hands-on social native design, illustration, video editing, and copywriting skills by using tools such as video editing software, social media native and AI tools.Experienced with taking a balanced approach to fast-paced creativity, project management and corporate decision-making processes.Accustomed to staying on top of changes to social media algorithms and platform-specific nuancesStrong ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, articulating ideas in a clear and exciting manner.Strong knowledge of the diverse APAC social and creator economy landscape, especially the sub-cultures.Someone who puts the team ahead of self and is always open to collaboration and diverse opinions across teams.A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and able to proactively unlock opportunities while navigating complexity and ambiguity.Please noteDue to the high volume of applications, we unfortunately can’t get back to every one of you, and only successful applicants will be contacted.
