To drive this vision, we know that great people are paramount to bringing this all to life so this is where you come in...The roleAs Social & Digital Asset Co-ordinator, you will be part of our exciting team of makers, supported by our Integrated Project Directors and Heads of Integrated Creative Production. You will be part of a close-knit team working collaboratively with Account Management.You must be passionate about social and digital, and more importantly understand how to format and store assets accordingly, for some of the biggest/busiest accounts within the agency. For every social campaign, there is a great deal that goes into them running smoothly. Asset organisation and storage is pivotal to their seamless success.Key to the role is to be the main liaison for social QA, and you will foster relationships primarily with the main client-specific Accounts team. Additionally, you may support other clients with ad playouts and content scheduling for social. You should be able to positively contribute and show direction, to be insightful and responsive but most importantly be mindful of what it takes to deliver work that upholds and exceeds the creative vision.Key responsibilitiesCreating campaign-specific content calendars with the correct social platform tabs, assets, filenames and dates.Final QA checks on the social assets, flagging any issues.Updating file names of the assets and storing them within campaign-specific libraries on an ad serving platform.Final checks of the content calendar.Once signed off, email to the client the campaign library ID/Name and the content calendar link.Communicating regularly with the accounts team on upcoming campaigns, answering any questions in regards to social assets.Management of the social asset folders in Google Drive, ensuring everything is well organised.Staying up to date with current social media trends and specs as well as attending in house/external events catered to social media.Supporting tasks outside of social QA, supporting weekly playouts for AV and Radio for one client and social content scheduling for another client.Managing digital assets including: uploading purchased images from Getty; Tagging, adding descriptions and usage details; cropping images on brand folder, YouTube uploads.Our Social & Digital Asset co-ordinator needs to bring the followingA passion for all things creative and advertisingResilience to keep going in a fast paced environmentStrives for excellenceCan do attitudeApproachable and personableBuilds rapport and is able to quickly establish excellent working relationshipsTeam playerVCCP DE&I StatementWe believe that DE&I is about creating a strong culture of inclusion within our agency, where everyone can thrive and be their authentic self.
